No idea what is going on with their own funds

I resigned from my company on 30 May 2018. My company already send their claim for provident fund payout on May 10. Alexander Forbes only got the SARS directive on 15 June for some reason, But still no payout.Whenever I call them they say they are still waiting for my company last contribution, which is impossible since my last contribution was 25 May 2018. My company even checked and said the contribution was in the provident fund with alexander forbes the first week of June. They say they will ask the administrators but never come back to me. This is a huge problem as I need to transfer this money to OZ since we are moving abroad and the rand is just weakening every day.
