No help...no customer service

Alexander Forbs is one of the worse companies when it comes to customer service as well as well as providing proper admin skills.I messaged then with a query since Monday and its not 5 days later and they still have no responded to my query.They have *********** people working there.My company moved our provident fund away from them to another financial provider.But when this *********** company filed My tax certificate instead of putting the proper code to say it was a Transfer...then captured it as if I withdrew my funds which resulted in my not getting a tax return.They made sars think that I withdrew a cash lumsum. Despite informing them of this...they still refuse to help with thus matter.They have no respect for their customer and judging from over 3700 reviews here with 1 star reviews...can clearly see that they value their client's either.
