No help...NO CLUE!!! Where's my withdrawal claim????!!!!!
If there was a 0 star rating then I'd be using it. I've tried getting answers for over 3 weeks now from them and I get no information about what I'm asking about at all. My provident claim was processed from my HR over 2 weeks ago and I've requested for the claim number etc on numerous occasions and get absolutely no help what so ever! Still waiting on a proper response and have had none!!! It's really not a game playing with people's money and savings!!! Exactly why I'm withdrawing. No response!!! Legal action!!!! It's pretty simple!
I have consulted an attorney on this matter and a way moving forward if I don't receive proper feedback within 24 hours!

It's not a game anymore and I think I should reach out to the rest of the complaints on here and take you on properly and legally! In what world or state of mind is it OK to play with people's money they way you guys do???? I'm not interested in your phone calls, I want email responses so that I have record of everything! I'm not playing around when I say I will take this on legally!!!!
