No help at all

My provident fund is with them, I left my previous employer and want my money to be paid out. I cant take the chance to give it to my previous HR department because they took 6 months just to pay my last salary. This woman in alexander forbes call centre told me there is no other way I can apply to get my money paid out to me. How can I not send in my document if all is completed and correct, even the part from my previous employer. Total bull!!!!
