I have resigned from my job on the 28/11/2017 and have a provident fund which is still not paid out to me. I have been contacting the customer service on a daily basis with no change. I was told in Dec that staff is on leave in the admin dept and will only be able to assist in Jan. It's now Jan and they are still on leave. Does anybody work there?
