No feedback received and bad service!

Good day<br> <br> I phoned requesting my tax clearance certificate, and after a lengthy conversation the operator indicated that the certificate was sent and I will receive it in 30 minutes. I haven't received it the following day. I sent an email to the department as requested by the operator, received confirmation that they received my request and will send it to me within two days. After three days still nothing. I then sent an email to the address provided if you do not receive feedback, and guess what, still nothing! No feedback, no indication of receiving it or they are busy, nothing!! Can I perhaps come there and print it myself as it seems to be an impossible task for your employees!
