No feedback re withdrawal claim

Good Day,<br> <br> I have resigned from my previous employer and my last day was on the 5th of February 2015. When I called the helpdesk number to get an update I was told that the process take 4 weeks. Last week I was informed that the allocation of the funds has been done(6th March 2015) and today I am being told that the allocation of the funds still needs to be done. I don't know what to believe any more. All I want is my funds to be release with immediate effect. I can't keep wasting my time to follow up on the claim and been sent from pillar to post.
