No feedback or update for 3 months!

I resigned from my previous employer in December 2014 and submitted my forms to Alexander Forbes at this time for the withdrawal of a portion of my funds from my retirement fund. To date I have had no feedback or a status update with regards to the claim. I was informed that this process should take between 6 - 8 weeks, we are now over 12 weeks!<br> <br> I have tried contacting Alexander Forbes through various means - online contact form, emails etc. I have also been following up through the HR department at my previous company who are also frustrated by the lack of any feedback. As mentioned earlier, there has been absolutely NO feedback!<br> <br> What is the reason for not being able to service your customers? Please could you urgently update me as to the status of my claim and when I can expect the funds to be deposited? The service has left a bitter taste in my mouth - I am not at all confident in leaving my remaining funds in the AF portfolio.<br>
