No feedback or update

On 18 November 2015 I submitted a withdrawal for to Alexaner Forbes for a partial withdrawal from my preservation. I received an automated responce, acknowledging receipt of my email . 2 days later I made a phone call enquiry on the status of my application and was told that they only deal with email communications and not phone calls. A week later I once again made an enquiry on the status of my applicationnand was told I eould be called the following day and be updated on the status of my application. To date I have not received any update, phone call or any form of communication or indication of when or whethrr my spplication is being processed. I do not understand how it can possibly take almost a month now to process an application or why I am not being advised on the status of my application. I want an immediate response as I have other funds sitting with Alexandrr Forbes and I need to know if this the kind of service I will receive for the next 20 odd years, while I wait for my retirement!
