No feedback on my fund claim

On 01/11/2017 I sent the following e-mail to Alexander Forbes: I was retrenched in the 21st of August 2017, however I have not received any feedback regarding my claim and everything was completed and signed when I left the company on the 21/08/2017. I'm a single parent and need to pay for my children's school fees and transport. Your urgent assistance would be highly appreciated. No response was sent to me. I resent another e-mail on the 9th and I received an acknowledgementof receipt and that a fund administrator will call me back. It's the 14th today and no one had called me back. I hope I never ever have to deal with this company ever again. A claim that was put forward on the 21st of August 2017, I feel like I'm begging for my money to be paid and I have financial responsibilities like buying stationery and textbooks for my children.
