No FEEDBACK ON CLAIMS

I am deeply dissatisfied with the \service"I am suppose to be receiving from AF. The only communication I received from them with regards to Provident fund Claim was an Automated response from a server sitting somewhere. I mean we trust these people with our money only to get a sh%t service or no service at all. I submitted the necessary documentation to their \""Senior Adm\"" but nothing has been processed. Something needs to be done as this is a big company handling our investments. """
