No Feedback Nothing on Pension Payout

<p>I resigned from my company and elected to get my payout. After my company sent Alexander Forbes the documentation I got an sms telling me it would be 4 weeks till payout is made. This obviously sets an expectation and I need to urgently pay for machinery for my start-up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called today to establish when the payout will be made and was told that there is an internal problem identified with SARS on the 11th of July already. Nothing was done to correct it and the client was given no follow-up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect the payout to happen within a week. I have already made committments on the basis of your sms and the fact that I heard to feedback.</p>
