NO FEEDBACK .NO SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

On the 17th of November I received claim forms via email from Alex Forbes, my grand dad completed the forms and they were email to Alex Forbes on 14th Jan 2015.<br> I am disappointed because the service I have been receiving is unsatisfactory. My Granddad was supposed to get his payment within 6-8 weeks but up until this day no payment was received by him, <br> I've been trying to contact your customer support representatives to help me regarding this issue, but it seems that my query continue to be unresolved and neglected until this day.<br> I look forward to hearing from you regarding a resolution of this problem.
