No feedback, I've had enough

I have now had it with Alexander Forbes, it has now been 6 weeks and yet still no pay out I left the company in March 2021 already... I call you people and I don't get a very helpful customer service agent they like they don't have the time for this, I emailed you people and only get the automated response saying you'll get back to me it's now been 5 days since my last email

All I want is for my funds my money, contributions that I made to be paid out you sms said it will 4 weeks guess what we on week 6, why do you people do this to people
