No feedback from Alexander Forbes!!!

I wish I could give zero rating. These people are *******. I lodged a complaint about two weeks ago, I was promised a call back on the 24th July and no call back still. These people have my claim still waiting for taxi application even though it was disinvested on the 21st of July. These *********** imbeciles are just failing to pay me a lousy R3800. My claim has been active 74 day. What bull **** is that!!! Alex Forbes I WANT MY MONEY and don't give me that generic 'At Alexander Forbes we care about our clients...blah blah blah' response. I want real feedback from an actual human being. Amogelang who deals with complaints, your service is questionable.
