No feedback from Alexander Forbes
Please note that I have processed my claim at the end of July 2024 and only received an sms on the 1st of September stating that the payment cannot be made as the automated bank validation has been rejected. The message states that I should call Alexander Forbes which I have been calling for the past hour and there is still no joy as I have been sitting on the line and no one has answered. I then requested to be called back. I then received a call only to answer and the call was cut. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback of what's the way forward but still no joy
