No Feedback at Alexander Forbes
Alexander Forbes is the worst in submitting feedback. I have been back and forth, spent how much money on airtime and numerous emails just to get automated responses for 7 weeks now. Claim forms I have submitted more than once has just dissappeared from their system. I am submitting another form as I am typing. Good gracious this is unacceptable!
