No Feedback and Shocking Service.
Sent in My Documents 3 weeks ago to claim my Provident Fund and nothing has happened it’s just sitting there . Has not been handled yet and every time I call they will sort it out and get back to me ??? I don’t understand a company as large as AF and no movement on Claim? I’m told this will be escalated and call back in 48 hours , I call back and no movement?? Can someone please call me with positive Feedback ??
