No feedback and Pension fund process

This is a second compliant regarding process of my pension fund. Someone called me with regards to my first complaint and that person promised me to email me his contact details, and he also promised me to start process beginning of November, and to my surprise when I called in the process has not even started. I need to someone to speed up the process, and I have not been paid more then a month hence I need my pension fund to be process urgently.
