No feedback about my withdrawal claim after my resignation it's 8 weeks now

No feedback after my resignation it's 8 weeks now

I'm lodging this complaint for the second time.I resigned from my job on May,then Alex forbes received my documents on the 9th of July and sent me a message saying the claim is registered it's gonna take up to 4 weeks.After four weeks I did a follow up and they said they will send me an email,I waited no email came through.On the 6th week I lodged a complaint here and they responded saying they come with an update before or on the 27of August I'm still waiting for the feedback until today.I tried to call them they don't pick up calls they ignore my emails.Im unemployed at the moment I need that money,it's clearly don't know the pain of going to bed with an empty stomach.They don't care about people today it's 8 weeks with no communication. I'm so fed up because no one is communicating with me nothing you send emails they don't reply.
