No customer service, no replies to any form of communication

I have had a retirement policy with Alexander Forbes. This was transferred to a different Investor.

I am battling now to get hold of the tax certificate and the SARS directive from Alexander Forbes to supply to SARS. There is simply no way to get hold of anyone in this company.

I have submitted my request online several times already. No reply. I have tried to phone, no answer.

It is rather worrying that there is no way to get an answer or contact anyone in this company.
