No customer service at all! Everything just PATHETIC. ZERO STARS.
I am not getting assistance in logging into my account. I know my login details but they suddenly "incorrect". I have tried calling EVERYDAY using my airtime. No help, sent DMs on FB - no help, emails - no help. Clicked on the forgot log in details - no email received. This is my second review on hellopeter - still no one is willing to help. I guess I need to find their offices and go there personally. At this point if there was a 0 star - I would gladly give them. These people just do not care at all. They dont value their customers.
