no communication, urgency, or care for the client

I have resignd from a previouse employment. <br> My fund is to be withdrawn as per my withdraw forms i submitted TWICE btw! I am so tired of telling this story that i even have an external financial service company as per my instruction and not even they are getting anywhere with Forbes. <br> Right, what the current issue is on top of the other 300 issues comes down to mrs/miss Shaik Sultaana. On friday 30 October 2015, i sent my bank statements for acc verification after forbes meesed up my payment and it was sent back from the bank, Now today no one can get ahold of her, the call centre ia plain and simple just useless. This payout is detremental to my family to get by and i dont have it so you can think my family is not getting by at all. I have been trying to get my funds for 5 months now and no such luck. I wany my funds and interest for delayed pay out due to A forbes negligent and incompitent staff. I need and want senior management to call me! Im fed up and the news papers are waiting to hear from me.
