no communication payout provident fund

I put in my withdrawal form called they said all in order.yesterday i call to check in.agent eric tells me that adminstrator tried paying but my bank rejected payment.i was not told of this so if i had not called id still be waiting.but then i submiy my details then they say another 3 to 5 days.i cant belive this.it seems very unproffesional that i now must wait linger because of them.how long does it take to upload new details.
