No communication or care
This company is useless. The two pot system has proven this much. My claim has been stuck on payment since Thursday and now I can't even get my account authentication. It's awful. We are practically begging for our own money, and it's even worse when you see how others sailed so smoothly through the process. ALEX FORBES IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST 💯
