NO COMMUNICATION NO ACTIONING
I submitted a withdrawal claim which was paid out the 20th October 2025, the other request was to transfer my retirement and savings pot from the Capitec Bank Retirement Fund to the Mediclinic Retirement Fund. To date the transfer of funds have not been actioned after multiple calls and emails sent. OCTOBER 2025!!!!!!
