No communication due to claim

I received an SMS about my claim on the 31 August then there was no communication about the progress until I called on the 20th that's when I new when submitting my claim tax number was incorrect I submited tax number on the 21 through email and called to confirm if received then, on the 22nd September only got a response about the tax number received..on Tuesday the 28th I called then I received a response on only when they called the administrators are going to apply for my tax meaning I have to wait another days for my money which id no so cool meaning there is no sense of urgency in communicating with your clients please advice on your turn around timei can't wait that long for a payout...
