no claim
I called the call center today just to ask about my pension claim,to hear they have not receiced a claim from me.Called my ex workplace where they insured me they did send in my claim.The same story happened to someone who worked with me before.As I was told the claim takes 4-6 weeks I'm in the 4th week and now they tell me there is no claim,so what is going to happen now. Am I going to wait for another 4-6 weeks what about christmas
