no call cntre experiance but an administration off

am so disappointed at Alexandra Forbes because i always recommend it as a safer and good company to handle your funds with a very good customer service!!! ONLY TO FIND OUT I **** TO MYSELF.every time I am helped by a different consultant who is telling the a different story, till today. all documents have been send as requested by my daughter on mail on the 24/08/2015 they have send a auto reply informing receiving the mail and documents ( this is the only contact alexander Forbes has made with me - thru a automated reply box ) I always have to call for information first it was tax number that has been outstanding that was send and confirmed that they have all the documents needed it will take 7 - 14 days before payment. called again they still looking for a tax number gave it again same information of all documents payment to follow... 4 weeks later called again as nothing from them they need my documents again that has been send to them on email on the 24/08/2015. requested for manager and was placed on hold and call then dropped - the last advisor I spoke to called me by name telling me not to scream short answers and after the call was cut ( if mistake ) no call back to me. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Alexander Forbes Insurance to Alexander Forbes Financial Services by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
