No assistance or Call back

On the 8th of November I requested a call back from Alexander Forbes via there Website. I received no call back. On the 18th of November I again requested a call back via email, with a guy named Ricardo Araujo. Once again no response. It is now the 30th of November I still havent received a call back to assist me. Is this how Alexander Forbes treat their customers? Very disappointing...
