No assistance, no explanations NOTHING

Good day, I have resigned from my previous employer (JD Group) 2 months ago. I have still not received my pensions payout. When I follow up to ask how far along my payment is I am advised of the below "No it is Alexander Forbes that need to transfer the benefit to the Acumen Provident Fund. It is not only your benefit that they need to transfer there are still a number of benefits that need to be transferred. They are busy with the transfer." Please can you look into this as I need the money urgently and cannot keep waiting with replies like this that I do not even understand. Please get your departments in order and your people to do their job they are playing around with other people's money and that is not acceptable. Please contact me ASAP on how this can be resolved.
