No assistance from Alexander forbes
I resigned from my company I worked for 20 years, on the last day before I left, all my relevant documentation was emailed to Alexander Forbes, and the cc me in the email. Today after 3 weeks I phoned, agent advised they did not recieve my claim forms from the company. I read they do this with allot of people. Wonder if this is on purpose??

20 Sept 2021, 16:52Company I worked for informed me all documents was submitted only a week ago , but AF did not note it to their system as yet, wil have to wait another 4 to 8 weeks, let's see...

29 Sept 2021, 17:43After numerous mails back and forth, I got feedback, but now AF are asking me for all my documentation???? The relevant documentation was send through to Nonhlanhla Radebe end of August. I simply cannot take this back and forth issues anymore. Someone must assist me, as my patience is growing thin.
