NIGHTMARE of ALEXANDER FORBES

I am normally not a person to complain, and I am patient when it comes to companies attempting to resolve issues. This time around Alexander Forbes has been really giving me the run around! Their 24 Hours response rate is more like 2 months. Also why is it? that you as the client, always needs to contact them to get any sort of feedback? a major company should be able to assist clients correctly and timelines?

In response to my question, why is my money not being paid out to me? and what is the delay? the answer I receive is; "We cannot answer this, only the Administrators can answer this so we have to send them a mail to get feedback and we will then give you feedback" oh and this so called admin team is never available when their "PA's"(the call center team) attempts to contact them!.

Added to this, a complaint was logged with Alexander Forbes Complaints team, and guess what? it is the same damn process, the complaints team have no more authority than the call center. So what is the point of that team? They still have to try and contact the Admin team, which once again are never available?

Here, I am, a young person who budgeted accordingly to what is due to me so I can open my business and follow my passion. and now I have to deal with debit orders bouncing and calls from Companies because Alexander Forbes cannot communicate correctly or give some sort of feedback that makes sense. Note that I have Called them on Friday the 26th of April 2019 and was told that a Line Manager would call me before 3 that afternoon, guess what, I received no such call. Surprisingly enough, when I called on Monday, I was told they have no record of my interaction on Friday the 26th???

- Lack of communication - Lack of knowledge - Inefficient process

what is so hard to understand that the above points lead to poor service and interactions with clients!!

Oh and now my budget goes flying through the window thanks to the delays that Alexander Forbes Admin(if they exist) team has caused. Because I have to now pay penalty fees on all my debit orders. Which is utter BU@$^@&T!

I have been waiting for 2 months and only received a portion!! which is the contributions!!!

AND ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER!!!
