Nightmare dealing with Alexander Forbes!!!

Nightmare dealing with AF....I have trying to access my portfolio for almost two week without any success. I contacted the call centre and waited about 30 mins for a consultant.....very frustrating! I wish I could move my portfolio to another FSP.. The app does not work....
