NHLS Provident fund and NHLS Pension fund
My mother has been struggling to receive her NHLS Pension plans and NHLS Provident plan since Alexandra Forbes claimed to have deposited it September 2009.
My mother closed her bank account in 1997, meaning she never received any of these funds.
Now, the questions are - where did the money go if it did not reach her account? why did it not bounce back? We have been asking for proof of payment for years, why can't we be given proof of payment? And why didn't Alexander Forbes follow it up after so many complaints in all these years?
Kindly may we have answers.
