Never recommend Alexander Forbes

I am very angry and dissapinted by Alexander Forbes..... The worst thing is they don't answer the phone i have spend more R200 on airtime with no luck the last i was told to hold for almost 30 minutes. Its almost two months my claim been submitted but till now and no response on emails either . i will never ever recommend Alexander Forbes .Imagine waiting for your money with empty cupboard . I am ****ed.
