Never put your money into Alexander Forbes

Never move your money to a preservation fund. I have been applying to Alexander Forbes to retire from the fund for the past month since I have been medically boarded. The trustees decided to decline me despite my medical reports stating that I am medical unfit to work. I am not sure how trustees can decide this as they were not the ones treating me since 2003. They are not my doctor's to decide whether I am able to work or not.

The fact that they can make me wait for over month and then send me a 1 liner email stating that my medical report is not sufficient. Do they want to visit me and check my condition? What the hell do they need? I still do not understand what gives them the right to state that I'm not unfit to work. That is my hard earned money which they refusing to give to me!!!!

After several complaints and complaints to pfa, no feedback. They just blatantly ignore me

Even sending emails requesting feedback they read it and ignore it. Complaints department at Alexander Forbes does nothing as well.

Its almost 2 months and nothing. If it was one of their friends or family members being medically boarded, trust me they would have been paid by now.. without a doubt.

Alexander Forbes is the worst company to invest your money with. Stay away from them
