Never invest with Alexander Forbes

Alexander Forbes is the worst financial service a person could ever invest with.. My claim was submitted in April already but it hasn’t paid out and it’s now over the stipulated 4-6 weeks advised.. no correspondence from them and they take forever to reply to a persons query. I enquired in the begging of May and two weeks later On the 14th I got a response that everything required was received from previous employer, last contribution was received and no issues with sars but still claim hasn’t been paid.. A former colleagues claim was paid a week ago but our claim were submitted at the same time by the same employer how is that possible? For such a big company with a star rating of 1 on hello Peter they sure don’t take their customers seriously coz they never learn from all these complaints and better off their service. Service is trash and would never recommend anyone to invest with them to save you all the trouble. If ever given any chance to switch an investor do so coz A/Forbes is a ****ty company not worth anyones investment.
