Never ending 5 days

Yesterday marker 3 months since my last day at work. And more than 2 months since my claim was submitted at Alexander Forbes. I have lost count of complaints l wrote here on the service l receive at Alexander Forbes still with no response to this day. I have lost count of the 5 days l always have to wait to have my money in my account, because it does not matter how many 5 days pass but everytime l call after 5 days l am told to wait another 5 days. The next thing l will be told they are closed for the year. I don't know if to get my money l need to go camp in their offices until my money is paid or what. Their turn over time it seems is 5 days after the deadline they set themselves of another 5 days, oh and if that 5 days lapses too, the money will be paid within another 5 days, that is if that happens. Mind you everytime l have to always make the call because they are not making calls to inform you that we will not pay at the time we promised because of abc. Even if l make that call there is no reason tangible why the money couldn't come through. Very disappointed!
