Never Again
"We will get back to you within 2 to 3 working days." If Alex Forbes say this to you just know you need to prepare for the long haul. I have sent 4 mails with regards to my provident fund payout as I left my old employer almost 2 months ago now and I have been met with nothing but radio silence. Not even a status update on the claim. They like to portray themselves as client orientated, but if thats the case they are either lying or just really bad at doing their job. Would not recommend pursuing them for any financial advice/fund management.
