Neglect of Court Order

I got divorced on 9 July 2014. Submitted the court order to divorce orders at Alexander Forbes. Alexander Forbes refused to release 50% of pension as the settlement wording was not correct. After months of struggling with lawyers between myself and ex spouse the settlement was amended and new court order issued. Alexander Forbes dragged the paperwork out with wanting original documents. Almost a year now and I learned today that Alexander Forbes has finalized the order and paid the funds directly into my ex-spouses account a week ago. The settlement and court order clearly specified the funds to be paid into attorney's account who will settle debt as prescribed in settlement and court order and there after pay remaining funds into my ex-spouse's account. This is unacceptable from Alexander Forbes, to reject claim in first place due to settlement agreement and court order not worded as they accept it, and then neglect the amended settlement and court order by releasing funds to my ex-souse and not to attorney as stipulated and communicated clearly to Alexander Forbes.
