Need to be assisted
Good day Myself and my ex spouse got divorced about four months ago and I am entitled 50% o f her pension fund.... I went to Alexander Forbes to drop off the divorce decree personally, because emailing it to them a few times didn't work... They just said they never got my email. It's been 4 months already and no payment, everytime theres a different story.... A consultant called my ex wife on Monday and promised that the monies will be paid 3-5 days.... To my surprise I got an email a few minutes ago stating that the money will be paid in 60 working days.... What the hell!!! I really need guidance because I'm very lost
