Need help with my RIP5

Alexandra Forbes has the worst service ever, I have been trying to get assistance with my IRP5 from them, but with no luck.

I have emailed them , and there is no reply on all my emails, I phoned them every time they put me through the phone get cut off.

This is so frustrating as I need to do my tax return .

Can they just update their info on the internet because it seems like the email provided there is not working.
