How do you track you withdrawal application. I've been trying to enquire on the status of my pension withdrawal. My previous employer said they have submitted the withdrawal form and all the supporting documents. They also don't know whats happening. I understand the process takes time, but how much time? I just need to know where in the system my withdrawal is and how long will it be before the payout. Were the forms received? Are there missing documents? Are they with SARS? Will it be finalized in a month? In two years?
