i submitted my claim early in the month.i was told 4 6 weeks was able access my funds by logging in your website but now it says 0 but still no payment received

25 Aug 2022, 09:59you guys are so *********** been calling i end running out of airtime waiting minutes and minutes no answer, its been 4 weeks i submitted my claim no one is responding emails on when my money will be paid. i joined a new company they using you too for my fund and its deducted for the new company but my payout for the previous company that claimed is still not paid. you just enjoy receiving money but not paying i want my payout please for my previous employer that i claimed you can see i am contributing for new company i joined but not releasing my funds fir old company for what reasons.

I waited for feedback from the lady that called me yesterday and i did not receive it as per request about my claim now when log in i dont see my any information for my contributions or claim on whats happening.i want my money that all.we got bills to pay and we contribute relying on our funds carry us through when its time to receive our money
