My pension fund discrepancy

Ever since I've lodged a complaint against Alexfobes regarding my pension fund descripancy, to this day I haven't heard back from the lady by the name Lebohang kgasi who promised to keep me up to date on the investigation process. It's sad because am on retrechment and have to claim my pension fund but now am stuck, no communication, update whatsoever am very disappointed. I don't know how such a big trusted company fails to keep and secure clients pension fund were by its in business interest to do so. I don't know as to how why when my pension fund disappeared and the reason to that, am very unhappy how alexforbes handle's this case.
