My own money I have to wait ages for!!!!!

<p>I left my company in November already unfortunately my provident fund was with this useless company! I called them as the timeframe they gacve me was 4-6 weeks. Since then everytime I call, it takes 4-6 weeks. I have heard that all along! They always saying it ''IN PROCESS'' This is the slowest and most frustrating ''PROCESS'' ever. They dont do payment from the 7-20 of the month? What lame excuse. This is my own money I PAY FOR AND I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG. I understand it takes 4-6 weeks but its way past that . Now everytime I call I get told that! The slow process and laziness of your staff is unbelievable. </p>
