5 months ago we've logged a claim for pension fund and we were assisted by Lucky tel no ***/ *** and he made us come from Cape Town to Johannesburg to fill in some forms which we did and he promised the funds will be credited to the nominated account and until to date nothing has been done. Instead they are transferring us from pillar to post and we are making endless call with empty promises.

10 weeks ago we called and they promised that we will get the funds withing 6-8 weeks and nothing was done

3 weeks ago a lady called from their finance department said everything is in order and we should expect the payment before end September and when we call yesterday they said they are still busy with no communication.

Lucky is a guy who is not professional at all and when you call him, he talks to you as if he is talking to his friends and while on the phone with him he will make you hold while talking to other people and he doesn't show any interest in helping but tells you that jah jah I will send you e-mail where you have to follow up the matter by yourselves.

I believe that we have done everything and filled all the documents as requested but now their are transferring us from one person to another and no one wants to take responsibility of what has happened to our money and when are we getting it.
