My Mother is in Distress because of Alexander Forbes

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with both Alexander Forbes and Ma***o Security Patrols. It has been three long years since my father passed away, and our family is still waiting for the death claim benefit payout. This has caused immense distress for my widowed mother and our entire family.

The lack of transparency and communication from both Alexander Forbes and Ma***o Security Patrols is simply unacceptable. We only hear from them when we take the initiative to call or email, and even then, we are met with vague responses and empty promises.

It is heartbreaking to see my mother, already grieving the loss of her husband, have to endure the stress of chasing after what is rightfully ours. We expected more professionalism and care from companies like Alexander Forbes and Ma***o Security Patrols, but sadly, they have let us down.

I urge both companies to take immediate action to resolve this matter. No family should have to go through this kind of emotional and financial turmoil for such an extended period.
