My husband benefits from Alexandra Forbes

My husband was working at Clayville Nutritional for all most 11 years , unfortunately he passed away in December 2023 he was covered under Alexandra Forbes for life cover, now we went to his company and they are telling us that all the forms has been submitted to Alexandra Forbes, it's almost 5 months since he passed away and we are being send from post to pillars. It is very frustrating on our side ,because the company is not even willing to help , we always go to HR department and she always says the papers are with Alexandraforebes your help to this matter is really important because I was left in credit and at work was retrenched in March now am struggling please Alex Forbes group help me because I have been coming there you phone HR department until now no feedback When im going there they stop me they say they don't want the widow busy move up and down here when i call them they don't answer my call
